I've been in the grooming world for about 10yrs, running my own business for 3yrs. There are many ways to groom and run a business, and just because it's not your way means it's wrong. You service a large community of dogs and you do it in a way that your customers are happy. and for example I run my business on a one on one basis and my customers are happy and like the way I do things. But never does that mean what you do is wrong or bad. You care so much for everyone of your clients. ❤️

They are the same ones who always got something to say about shaving double coated breeds when the dogs are so impacted is comes off in a pelt, who aren’t use to being groomed. You gonna fight a 120lb Great Pyrenees that’s lived on a farm its whole life that’s 4 years old, that’s never been groomed? Do they think putting a dog, that’s not use to being groomed, undersocalized and terrified, through HOURS for grooming? You think all dogs are just going to tolerate that? No they won’t. 19yr groomer here. Who shaves most of my dogs with a 10blade, and also will shave double coated breeds if necessary.
