Why would you want fluoride free? We had no fluoride in the water when I was pregnant with my 50-year-old daughter. She has the worst teeth in the world. We did have fluoride when I was pregnant with my 47-year-old daughter. She has great teeth. Fluoride helps.

Ex dental assistant here! Always clean baby’s gums with a warm damp wash cloth until they start developing teeth. Once they start developing teeth, start brushing their teeth using a grain of rice sized amount of adult fluoride toothpaste

Actually my pediatrician told me to use fluoride toothpaste and only use a grain of rice size for the toothpaste.

step 1. toddler should not be on a stool with a tooth brush in their mouth... they recommend toddlers to be sitting when they brush....
