most times when someone gives a quote that high is because they know someone isn't gonna take it and don't wanna be rude and bale on the person, but then there are rich folks that will go with your bid and you're pissed that they did, but also excited because that's a lot more than you would've normally got 🤣 alot of bitching on those type of jobs
