The only thing that cured my plantar fasciitis was NEVER wearing flat shoes... even sandals. Everything thick and platformed. Allso a trigger point ball from pilates and rolling your feet out to the point of pain. Woke up one morning and I could walk again! I also did take a round of steroids when it was at its worst.
