Yes. Yes. Yes. When this whole incident initially occurred back in January 2023 and Lindsay was going to be a patient in the ICU, I can imagine that the charge nurse and Nursing managers were aware that this was going to be an extremely high profile case, and that attention to detail and professionalism was going to be necessary every step of the way. They were not going to put any other nurse on this case.

Also ya know: just that annoying nursey reminder that happens once a year during these high profile cases…. Chart like you’ll have to testify in 4 years. She was confident because she could look back at her charting and know exactly what her shift looked like. She didn’t have to guess she was calm, cool, and could easily speak to the questions. She’s gotta go to law school now I think? She could definitely hold up in court 🤣
