I'm a one on one with special needs adults. I am over driving everyday, but I don't know what I want after this bc my family always makes it out like I'd be crazy to quit, but I've worked the houses, I was an AFL house for 4 years, and I've been a one on one worker for years as well. My FYP keeps making me feel like it's time to fly. I also got denied my last raise. I'm at $20, but according to my boss, I was going to max out at $23 and some change. I've put almost 60,000 miles on my new car in almost 3 years. I've gone to the beach two times during these 60,000 miles. I can afford the new car bc it's always been needed for my job, but I can't afford the rest of the economy 🙃

I just quit a toxic work environment today. It was mentally breaking me completely. I was depressed and suffered from anxiety everyday. It changed the person i was, and i decided that i cant take it anymore. Here in SA finding work is almost impossible. But couldn't take it anymore

You posted a video a while back just like this. I did leave my past job because it was time. I found a way much better job that pays more and better hours that fits my lifestyle. Thank you for the info.

Well this economy does suck. The job market sucks. Employers suck! And I know I need out but finding what is not only financially rewarding but personally rewarding in my area… won’t say impossible but almost nonexistent!
