@sabfortony: i’ve always believed that suffering in silence only hurts you. as a kid who was struggling a lot and had lots of thoughts and feelings but no one to process them with, i became very quiet and insecure. it wasn’t until i started being honest with myself and others that i realized life and struggles are meant to be shared. when i lost tony, i found myself retreating and it hurt me to feel like i was suffering in silence once again. i was surrounded by amazing people but not many who could quite understand what i was going through. so instead of growing in loneliness and resentment, i decided to put my thoughts out there. i’ve connected with so many wonderful people who get it or don’t but want to understand and support. it’s opened up this new world of owning my story and celebrating my life daily. tony always knew i thrive best when feeling supported and loved, so he brought me all of you. 😭 he is forever my biggest cheerleader, and i get to feel his spirit through all of you! it’s not about the numbers, but i always want to celebrate every milestone because why not. i can’t say this enough but thank you for being here. love you all 💗 #griefjourney #griefsupport #lifeafterloss #mystory #widow
