Ive been in the car business for over 23years, I started off detailing cars and did it on the side for a long time. Tell your son to buy a jug of Simple Green. u can buy it by the gallon everywhere for around $12. He can use it for almost everything detailing. mix it stronger for using a engine decreases/rim and tire cleaner. Mix it 50/50 for a interior cleaner and carpet cleaner. its all biodegradable and wont have to worry about damaging anything. It works amazing and smells good after it dries
