Here’s my whole thing , this trial is NOT about her guilt or not , she’s already agreed to all the facts about the case . It’s about if she should spend her life in a prison that doesn’t have adequate resources for someone in her physical state or back to a state psychiatric prison. Something I’d be willing to bet my left toe on is that NOBODY hates her more than she HATES herself right now. You don’t go from a loving , caring great mother and that’s according to allll the ppl that knew her best, including the children’s doctors and daycare workers to a premeditated soulless life taker. We allll know she was suffering mentally. Unless you’ve dealt with this exact situation with PPd non of us know what it’s like. Let her go to a psychiatric facility. This should’ve never been a trial .

Lindsay was completely noncompliant… she was doctor shopping.. she kept switching providers. Dr tufts did really well and thus far doesn’t seem to have done anything wrong

That doctor has had a license for 4 years!! 4 years!!! she was a newborn, brand new psychiatrist when lindsey started seeing her. My god!!

It bothered me how much the psych framed Lindsay for not wanting to take those meds. They're not just side effects like we have with tylenol. It can feel like psychological torture. They change your neuro-chemistry. It sounded like she had toxic reactions to some of them and her psych didn't catch that.

I think she was depressed for months and stopped seeing hope and snapped. I’ve been in a similar dark place seeing no hope out. I’m on her side but I believe she did it and she was failed by the medical system and her husband.

I can guarantee they did not ask detailed questions about SI/HI. They checked the box. Did the bare minimum. Zero coordination of care. Embarrassing!

Pyschiatrist's only work with patients on their medications. Appointments are very brief and usually only go over how the meds are working for you and they really don't go into depth about how you are doing otherwise that is for the counselor in the practice

I think she was dishonest when answering”no” to the SI/HI questions. She was having those thoughts, but she’s a RN, so she knew being truthful could get her separated from her kids. She underestimated how serious they were.

In one of the diary entries, she talks about being so appreciative on the mother in law for always listening so that seems odd. The diary made it seem like they were close
