jesus this is mad ,i dont mean to freak you out but I done this at the age of about 10,I blocked my airways an all, and now at 42 im waiting on surgery on my top 4 discs (c1-c4) from the damage i did im soooooo glad ye got her seen to cause i told no one ,and im suffering since 🫣
