Chicken Caesar Smash Tacos 🌮 Ingredients (2 servings): 4 mini tortillas 400g minced chicken breast 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp paprika Salt Black pepper Lettuce 1 tsp oil Caesar dressing: 2 tbsp light mayo 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard 5g grated Parmesan 1/2 grated garlic clove 1 tsp lemon juice A splash of Worcestershire sauce Pinch of salt Black pepper ——— Method: 1. In a bowl, mix the chicken mince with the garlic powder, oregano, smoked paprika, salt and black pepper. 2. Divide evenly between the tortillas and press into a thin, even layer right to the edges. 3. Whisk together all of the Caesar dressing ingredients until smooth. Finely chop the lettuce, then coat in the dressing and set aside. 4. Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp oil. Place the tacos chicken side down and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden and cooked through. 5. Flip and cook the tortilla side for 1 minute until lightly crisp. 6. Top each taco with the lettuce and finish with Parmesan and black pepper. Then enjoy, lovely! #caesarsalad #tacos #weightlossfood #DinnerIdeas
