@deep.conspiracy0: On January 31, 2021, a terrifying situation turned into an incredible display of maternal instinct in Lake Jackson, Texas. After returning home, Phyllis Pena caught 19-year-old Zane Hawkins peering into her 15-year-old daughter's bedroom window and immediately dialed 911. When police arrived on the scene, Hawkins made a break for it on foot. But as dashcam and police bodycam footage revealed, Pena wasn't about to let him get away-she charged into the street and leveled Hawkins with an epic football-style tackle, holding him down alongside her daughter until officers secured the suspect. Hawkins was taken into custody facing several charges, including resisting arrest, evading detention, and drug possession. Credits to : @inoutedition The Lake Jackson Police Department publicly praised Pena's fearlessness, celebrating a rare moment where a civilian went above and beyond to protect her family and assist law enforcement. #MotherInstinct #CrazyPoliceCam #fyp #BodycamFootage
