Well it’s an issue at both sides… if you’re with or around a ND and they are reacting to something little like it’s the end of the world and sends your nervous system into a spiral because your system reacts like it is the end of the world and then once they are over it and you’re still full of everything like a bomb went off and then they are annoyed with you… it can literally go round and round. So who gets priority over their nervous system?

There was nothing wrong with me. They’re the ones who are sick. All I was asking for was some empathy and understanding. They made me feel like there was something wrong with me just for opening up about my mental health. Like I’m only welcome when I’m happy and fun.
