1 to 4g= 3rd degree felony and up to 10 yrs in the pen....MEANWHILE you have to get 3 DWIs to get charged with a felony and if you SA a CHILD/MINOR you get a 26 month sentence and get out 18 month (or pardons by a certain State DA...) for "good behavior" and sometimes dont have to be put on THA list....great priorities Texas....imma keep my grass and stay of the ETOH.
