Citing “Jury Nullification” is a surefire way to get out of jury duty… and get yourself in a mess of trouble. The strange thing about jury nullification is that it actually isn’t a law. It’s the by product of two laws: 1. jurors can’t be punished for a “wrong” decision or verdict. 2. The defendant cannot be tried for the same crime twice. In the legal world, this loophole in the law is understandably ignored, until someone mentions it… Then it creates a mess.

Jury Nullification is not only not illegal, it is the RESPONSIBILITY of each and every citizen on any jury. It's not just "Yes or No." It's: Should this person be charged with this? AND Should this law even exist in the first place? If any answer is No, to either question; Then it's Not Guilty all the way to the end!👍

Florida here. Neighbors have security cameras mounted above the shared 10ft tall fence line pointing straight into my backyard and another one pointing at my guestroom window. Police say that it's legal and can't do anything about it.

regarding the flights, I walked out of the airport at Manila because I decided to stay an extra day, as a result that canceled my flights to Japan, Thailand, Palawan, Manila and back to the United States and from Seattle back to Atlanta. it took me three extra days to get it fixed and it cost me $2,000. So I wouldn't recommend that to anybody
