in my world everyone shows up on time then spends the next 20 minutes eating breakfast at their desk or drinking their coffee. the people that show up 15 minutes late usually get right to work

Dana white has it right. Come to work, don't cone to work, be late, dont be late..... Just make sure your work is done. He trusts who he employs and they know what they need to do. If your work isnt done dont wonder why u fired!!

It’s so easy for a shitty employee to waste more than 20-30 minutes a day. If my top performers are a couple minutes late I couldn’t care less.
