There’s so many studies that people will be neater and more tidy in environments that are already tidy & clean vs. Messy environments. It reinforces caring and consciousness of the next person!

as immigrants, youre parents had less bandwidth to deal with these things. they picked and chose what they could handle. it won't get dirty again, they are meant to take 5 minutes minutes a day cleaning a different section before it even gets dirty like some mindsets. Keep going they will realise it soon

Your dad should have the staff clean on regular bases …. It shouldn’t be hospital clean after all you are selling food at closing time the staff should clean and they should have weekly cleaning chores for specific areas !!!

your doing so good! a dirty messy place can effect your mindset so badly and as the things get repaired and cleaned and fixed it will change things. it will be small. people wont notice right away. but it will change things. how people see the place. how you see the place. how people will react to things.
