@nbcsouthflorida: A man accused of snatching jewelry from a woman in Brickell was chased down and held by a good Samaritan who witnessed the theft and was pepper-sprayed by the suspect, police said. The incident happened Thursday on Brickell Avenue when the victim said the suspect, later identified as 21-year-old Yagiz Dogan, approached her while attempting to buy her two bracelets, an arrest report said.
