Cheesy Beef & Shells An easy comfort meal made in one skillet with seasoned ground beef, a creamy tomato sauce, and plenty of melty cheese. Ingredients 1 lb medium pasta shells 1 lb ground beef 1/2 diced onion  2 tbsp minced garlic 2 tbsp flour 1½ tsp italian seasoning  1½ tsp paprika 1½ tsp salt  1 tsp ground mustard ½ tsp black pepper 3/4 cup heavy cream  1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce 2 cups beef broth 8 oz freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping) Directions 1. Stir in freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese and heavy cream. 7. Add the cooked pasta shells to the skillet and toss until everything is well coated. 8.
