Interest and property taxes. Inflation has nothing to do with it. 500k is 500k all I’m saying. So that 1330$ is primarily interest and property taxes.

Everybody saying rent, the person u renting from has a mortgage on the house so u are paying the same 3300 in some places and 4-5k in others. So if u can pay tht in rent u may as well buy the house. 🤷

Inflation has nothing to do with it. Inflation increases the cost of the house, making the same house that sold for 500k in 21 would now sell for 700k
