800k miles between the two of my fords. Stock cp4s fuel and oil changed every 10k. No issues with the fuel systems

If you service your fuel filters you’ll never have an issue, shit I’m in the heavy truck shop at a ford dealer n never once seen a leaking filter and I’ve had some neglected trucks come in
