I worked at a hospital as a surgical tech, participated in two procurement harvests and removed my name from the donor list immediately. they show them no respect and that nice doctor that speaks to the love ones only exist in front of the family once they are behind close doors with just staff, the nastiness begins. I never want myself or a loved one to ever experience what they do...

my family has a lot of nurses and drs in it... from military to civilian. they ALL say the same thing; you can't harvest viable organs from a dead body. no longer an organ donor and never will be again!

This happened at my hospital the pt was declared dead, he was taken to the or for organ procurement, in the or he had a pulse, and was still alive, he ended up going back to the icu, and fully recovered and was discharged😳
