Before tomorrow’s 8/8 Portal and before we continue towards the Leo New Moon and Solar Eclipse on 12 August, this is a moment to check in with yourself. You may be noticing things differently. Emotions may feel louder. Old patterns may be easier to recognise. You may feel restless, reflective, tired but mentally active, or simply less willing to keep giving your energy to what no longer feels right. But here is the central message: Do not confuse intensity with instruction. Not every emotion requires action. Not every thought is guidance. Not every uncomfortable moment means something must end. Observe first. Discern second. Act when clear. Come back into your body. Reduce unnecessary noise. Rest. Hydrate. Get outside. Journal rather than react. Protect your quiet time and reconnect with what you actually know. And as we reach the 8/8 threshold, ask yourself: What am I choosing? What am I no longer feeding? What deserves my energy now?
