@kinezioadvancedmassage: ❄️ HEADACHE + JAW TENSION? YOUR JAW MAY BE THE MISSING PIECE. 😳 You keep working on your neck and head, but what if part of that tension is actually coming from your jaw muscles? Constant clenching, grinding, stress, and overworked masseter and temporalis muscles can contribute to jaw pain, facial tension, and certain types of headaches. That’s where localized SubZero Cryotherapy can be incorporated into recovery. ❄️ Targeted cold therapy may help: 🧊 Temporarily reduce pain 🧊 Calm irritated, sore tissues 🧊 Support recovery after muscle overuse 🧊 Reduce the sensation of facial and jaw tension 🧊 Make it easier to work on surrounding tight tissues And look at her face during the treatment… completely relaxed. 😌❄️ The goal isn’t simply to “freeze the pain.” We look at the jaw, neck, muscles, fascia, and movement patterns that may be contributing to the tension. HEADACHE? CHECK YOUR JAW. JAW TENSION? LOOK BEYOND THE JAW. 🧠❄️ RESET • RELEASE • RESTORE #JawTension #HeadacheRelief #TMJ #Cryotherapy #SubZeroCryotherapy

Karen :
I contracted herpes after being intimate with my new boyfriend for the first time. Before we had sex, he never mentioned that he was living with the virus, so I had no idea I was at risk. A few days later, I became extremely sick and experienced painful symptoms that lasted for about two weeks. It was one of the most difficult experiences I’ve ever gone through. After I confronted him, he admitted that he had known about his herpes diagnosis for years but chose not to tell me beforehand. I felt completely betrayed because I believe I deserved the opportunity to make an informed decision about my own health. If he had been honest with me from the beginning, I could have asked questions, taken precautions, or decided whether I was comfortable with the risk. Instead, that choice was taken away from me. I decided to end the relationship because trust is very important to me. However, he keeps telling me that I’m overreacting and that herpes is common, so it shouldn’t be a big deal. I understand that many people live normal lives with herpes, but I still feel that honesty and informed consent are essential in any relationship. Am I wrong for feeling this way, or was I justified in expecting him to be truthful before we became intimate Am cured now by @Dr Albert
