last year I used class dojo points ! it was amazing!!! at the end of each week the most points is the star of the week at the end of the each semester they earn a certificate + a gift .. at the end of the year they were called out during the assembly and there parents were attending

We scrapped this in our Uk school as it is deemed as public shaming and can inadvertently cause more issues to the kids who don’t get the stars x

this is just like a clip chart color system, you shouldn’t display for everyone to see each others behaviors. then everyone knows who the “bad” kids are and they believe it about themselves

Once they unlock the next mascot does the whole class get the next card or do they need to fill up their personal squares first before moving onto the next mascot card?

Girl super Improver is AMAZING!! I have done it for the past 5ish years! I take pictures of the kids who have become legends and stay on my wall until I retire. They come back to see their picture year after year!
