Ingredients Banana Bread * 3 ripe bananas, mashed * ½ cup unsalted butter, melted * ¾ cup brown sugar * 2 large eggs * 1 tsp vanilla extract * 2 cups all-purpose flour * 1 tsp baking soda * ½ tsp salt Cinnamon Swirl * ⅓ cup brown sugar * 1 tbsp ground cinnamon * 2 tbsp melted butter Cream Cheese Glaze * 4 oz cream cheese, softened * 1 cup powdered sugar * 2–3 tbsp milk * ½ tsp vanilla extract Instructions 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla. 3. Stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt just until combined. 4. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter for the swirl. 5. Pour half of the banana bread batter into the loaf pan. Spoon half of the cinnamon mixture over the batter and gently swirl with a knife. 6. Add the remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon mixture. Swirl again. 7. Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs. 8. Let the bread cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Make the Glaze 1. Beat the cream cheese until smooth. 2. Mix in the powdered sugar, vanilla, and enough milk to create a pourable glaze. 3. Drizzle generously over the cooled banana bread. #fyp #recipesoftiktok
