You can lock it on the app too, just search Money Transfer Lock using Fidelity Assistant.

Fidelity should be verifying any outgoing transfers through multi factor authentication. It's insane they don't even have this basic feature.

Thanks! I just did it - wasn’t able to do it in the app but I logged into fidelity.com in safari on my phone and was able to do it there!

There has to be some improvements to be made in brokerage companies procedure for ACAT out. I understand people might need to move the money quick but there should still be a better verification attempt where the ACAT request originated.
