Sooo, having sugar helps your body absorb electrolytes faster. Having a little sugar is actually beneficial when trying to hydrate.

so both sugar free liquid iv and this drywater use stevia, neither has fake sugar, the sugar free liquid iv uses allulose where these use monk fruit (listed as luo han guo) 😋 allulose is just as natural as monk fruit, it just comes from a variety of fruits instead of a single source 😂 also, your linked tiktok shop doesn't list the actual ingredients, it just says the ingredients are minerals and electrolytes 🤪 you have to look it up elsewhere to get the *actual* ingredient list

This is great but as a disabled person with pots I can •not• afford even a sale price of roughly $2 per pack. (That’s between $60-120 per month just for hydration aids) It’s cheaper to make your own buying those ingredients in bulk then mixing it with a small amount of juice in water. I get its quality ingredients but it still prices it above what low income disabled people can afford.

Why is it advertised as Stevia free, if stevia is listed as an ingredient on their website?
