The big question is if she didn't walk back there.. and they gave her back her car... without telling her were they even going to put the pieces in there😒😒 so she would have had to come back to get her car serviced again and then they be like oh you need to get this piece cuz it's worn out but in reality they took it and removed it

First she needs to file complaint with Kia corporate, they’ll pull the license from that dealership immediately, then file complaint with the city and the state. They’ll then be investigated, and she needs to turn over copies of this video to all of the above places.

They would have to deliver me a new car straight from the factory. I wouldn’t even trust any car from that dealership. Also, I’m not paying for it.

My car had a recall issued, so I took it to the dealership to get it repaired. They did the repair, but they also changed my oil, put on new tires, and did a bunch of other services that I never approved. Tried to charge me nearly $1000. I asked them to show me any proof that I approved that work, it took a nearly hour-long argument but I finally got my car back for free
