I cooked with orzo for the first time after seeing one of you videos! I need to know what i did wrong 😂 when everything was done, it was still nice and creamy...literally 10 mins after taking it out of the oven, it was a sticky, dry mess! the orzo soaked up that creamy goodness like the Sahara dessert soaks up the rain!! did i not use enough liquid from the beginning???
