I have been doing this for almost about four months and I can see some improvement in my hair and in my hair length as well. As someone who has been at the same length for almost like two years straight because of breakage, this is genuinely some helpful advice, especially about the detangling. Guys, listen to her. Be gentle, especially if you have curly hair. I would genuinely love if you continue this series because I love hearing from people who actually have long hair what they do to maintain their hair. It has helped me so much.🫶🏼
