I know that this sounds like a first world problem but a few weeks ago I was on a flight that was scheduled to go from Arizona to CA. My husband and I had paid for business class, they ended up having a problem with the plane so we had to get on a different one that was smaller, but this one didn’t have enough business class seats for us, so they sent us to coach and REFUSED to give us our money back that we had paid for business class. How is that even fair!!! Sooooo, you just took $400 dollars from me, for nothing. sounds like a hustle. I was livid. And and ANNNNDDD they were annoyed that I even asked for my money back for the business class seats. Basically said I should be happy to have a plane to get home…. What!!
