As a HR, don't bother yourself, if you're getting hired you're getting hired🤣🤣🤣. cv ooo, cover letter oo🤣🤣 story story. Most of the advertised positions you see has already been taken through insider referrals, but we just have to advertise bcs of lab laws and to keep the company name relevant. Unless it's not a well paid top level positions. so don't stress yourself. if you're not getting hired you're not getting hired🤣🤣🤣🤣

As an HR, I will only tell you that you should read the JD and look for the key words, then update your CV with that, but make sure you know what you wrote there ooo. You can always write a cover letter but for an HR who doesn't use ATS because I don't always recruit all the time, I don't read cover letters. Just make sure your CV is packed with important information.

As a business owner. When “I’m serious with hiring”. I know what I want. And because I value my business and I need the best, I go through all the CVs. The beauty of the CV doesn’t attract me. It doesn’t matter the length too (long or short) I know what I want and it’s mostly about “related experiences” Some applicants are only good on CVs and writings. The best ones are the ones that have the experience, etc and are also organized.
