really hardwood so much durable long lasting, 🥰the other crap will replace 4 to 8 years if you're lucky, shame people prefer junk I'll be busy ripping it out then sand in years to come

Thats why they not taking out the old one they just placing over it, when they get tired of new floor they can always go back to the old one, im thinking of doing the samething in my house, wood floor is outdated and i got dark stain by fridge from water, its bothering me so much cant wait to do this, but i would go with lighter grayish more modern look
