I would have just say “mommy’s on her period and that is something that helps me”. Easy, toddler appropriate and explains to anyone listening hahaha when she follows up with what’s a period, say that when you get older, you bleed a little once in a while.

When we were potty training my son we kept having to tell him to point his penis down. I took him into a public bathroom with me (I’m female) and he said “point your penis down mom!” 🤣

I straight up explain to my 2&3 year old girls what it is and say they’ll use one someday too! Just so they don’t feel embarrassment or awkwardness around it from a young age! It feels weird to be talking about the body already but I feel like transparency is good!!

My son has very loudly asked me where my weenie went 😂 he also thinks I was bleeding out of my butt when I was on my period, he hasn’t seen a tampon yet but I’m sure he will say the same type of thing when he does 😂

We went to graduation in May, and a lady was walking down the bleachers in high hills and kinda tripped, my toddler starts laughing all loud and says silly shoes 👠 🤣

My 2 year old has been watching Ms Rachel’s potty training episode. We went to Lowe’s the other day and someone was pooping in the stall next to us. So she loudly asked me if they were pooping then when they flushed she yelled “bye bye poop”

My oldest (2 yrs old) asked if the guy loading our groceries into the car at grocery pickup was "the weird guy" after hearing me say it one time!! Thankfully he laughed it off but omg I was EMBARRASSED😳
