Yes I had a manager tell me when I got promoted to supervisor, “for the next 6 months I’m going to take you under my wings and show you how I run the department here” 😳. And when I was trying to do it strictly how I was taught according to the core values of the company I was wrong and then terminated after 2 years of being there.
