I understand the thought but also chest feeding was created as a term because many pregnant trans men find the term breast feminine and thus degendering, i absolutely agree we should call it human milking or something like we do with cows though, or tittyfeeding!! titty is also fairly gender neutral to me!!

I think if you're a midwife or a health visitor to ask individual people how they prefer to refer to it because the Patriarchy has made us think of breasts as an intrinsically female attribute and because of this trans men who have chosen to bare a child might feel sensitive about being referred to as having breasts. However that's on an individual basis. When generally referring to breast feeding just call it what it is.
