The problem is with that clause is informed consent, since the child doesn’t understand the clauses they’re not required to follow it. Plus, it only applies to the person who accepted the policy, aka the child. So the adults suing have full legal rights… hopefully.

Bro seeing Roblox, a platform I have used for years and is in some of my lost earliest memories, fall off like this is so sickening. It doesn’t help that their players are at an all time low, the games are turning worse and worse, even David still in charge bro. I have almost lost all hope for Roblox and I wouldn’t care if it burned down, only the developers who actually spent time to make worthwhile games (like DBOG/DG 👀👀). I hope the future doesn’t implode in itself 🐸✌

Why not make it into a class action lawsuit? Pretty sure if it becomes class action it should “override” that clause. But I don’t practice law so take it with a bucket of salt

countries need to implement laws to limit arbitration clauses like are you suing because of a minor issue sure use it but are you suing for child abuse then no it gets forced into criminal court plain and simple
