People genuinely need to realize. That, it's night time, you see a person walking weirdly, like in front of you. How do you not get scared? it doesn't matter if it was a man or a woman, that's still a scary thing to see especially at night, it just so happens that it was a man in this case.

I'm using a translator and I live in Brazil and this happened to me, but I was the man walking strangely at 1 AM. I was exactly as you're describing. I have schizophrenia and I was off my medication and didn't know where I was. I went up to a police car and asked them to shoot me, and my uncle was in the car working. So I totally understand your fear. It could be something extremely bizarre, like a crazy, murderous person, or just a strange person off their medication. I'm glad you're okay!!!!
