@lowbackability: Use it or lose it applies to the low back as well! Be mindful, don’t work through excessive, worsening pain. Simply aim to find the EASIEST level and variation of back training that allows you to get deliberate stimuli to the spine. This stops the loop of inhibition & hypersensitivity so that you can gradually tolerate more force over time. For the full LBA roadmap, check out the LBA app in the App Store. Play the long game. ❤️🩹
checking in after a couple years of taking your advice and I can zoom through 90lb back extensions for a ton of reps, zero pain Jeffersons, hips are loosey goosey and strong and haven't had a bad flare up in a long time with L1, L5 herniations, thank you bro you're amazing.

I've been following Brendan for a little over a year now and I finally decided to just do it! I got my back extension bench last week! — on another note I am guilty of having a weird crush on him and my eyes are always captivated by his legs, just everything about them is perfect and so smooth looking!!! it's like I want them and admire them and I kinda want mine to be like that too??? a mixture of feelings lol
