He feels butt hurt. He needs to be charged with impersonationing a police officer with authority to stop and write a citation. Right now he's actually kidnapping for stopping them and refusing to allow them to leave. I would had his badge!

The probation officer should be held accountable for impersonating a police officer. He has 0 right to one, pull anyone over and two, ask someone for a divers license. Thats impersonating

You need to file a formal complaint against the Probation Officer with his supervisor and with the Sate of Probation Department. In most states they are not allowed to identify themselves as Police Officers nor are they allowed to make traffic stops and detain people for traffic violations.
