I don’t understand the appeal. To me, many of these so-called “audits” are less about accountability and more about provoking arguments because conflict gets views. Simply criticising people who question that doesn’t educate anyone about photography rights or accountability. If the aim really is to promote photography rights, surely explaining the law is more constructive than creating confrontations. Just to add some context: ‘auditing’ isn’t an official legal process in the UK.
