🏴 Vitamin D isn’t prescribed usually but it’s highly recommended by the government that you take it. Scottish NHS advise us to as we lack sufficient sunlight to make our own vitamin D over the dark winter months. No matter how much you are outdoors. It’s cold so most of us won’t be wearing tee shirts and shorts in winter- except our post office delivery folk- they wear shorts all year round I think.
