I remember I fell in love with tame Impala. The year my first gf dumped me. His music was the only thing with me. I went into a deep depression. I honestly hated myself and just felt that I was a terrible person. But tame Impala stayed. The whole way. His music saved me. Over and over. I spent a whole summer. Every night. Crying. But whenever I did. His song “let it happen” helped me just relax and understand it’s too late. I need to move on. As time went on I checked our more of his music. And I feel in love with him even more. I just wish I knew about him earlier. (If it hadn’t been for him. I don’t know what I would’ve done and ended up regretting. He has impacted my life in more ways than simply just making music. His influence of pyschedelic music has changed my direction and now I want to become a music artist because if he saved my life with music, I want to do that for others. I want to tell them I’m there with them. And that they’re not alone. Oh Kevin Parker. Thank you.)
