I’m stitching it because I don’t want to watch someone potentially lose everything over a favor. The second you reconstitute a vial for another person to inject, the whole thing changes. Research peps exist in a gray area only because they’re sold for research use, not human consumption. Mixing a vial for a customer to use is you preparing a drug for human administration. That’s compounding. A licensed pharmacy activity. Depending on your state, that can be unlicensed practice of pharmacy or medicine, often a felony. Federally it can make the product an unapproved, misbranded, or adulterated drug. Also, you just documented intent. The hardest thing to prove in these cases is that you knew it was going into a human. A video saying so is that proof, handed over for free. And TR specifically is a patented, FDA-approved pep the patent holder has been actively suing sellers, clinics, and telehealth outfits. You do not want to be findable. A kitchen or a home office is not an ISO 5 environment. No hood, no aseptic technique, no sterility or endotoxin testing on the finished vial. Bacteriostatic water slows growth. It does not sterilize anything, and it does not fix a contaminated draw. That vial then sits in someone’s fridge for weeks. Abscess, cellulitis, sepsis, etc. This is how people get seriously hurt. You own every dosing error. Wrong concentration, wrong math, wrong volume… if you mixed it, you’re the cause. Full stop. If you happen to own a LLC, it will not save you. Business entities don’t shield you from personal liability for negligence or illegal acts, no product liability policy covers preparing an inj3ctable for a human, and a signed waiver doesn’t cover an unlawful act or gross negligence. This lands on you personally. And it isn’t just you. One hospitalization traced back to a home-mixed vial brings scrutiny down on this entire community. Everyone loses access. Including the person you were trying to help. What to do instead: Say no, kindly. Send her to a licensed provider or a legitimate telehealth service. Share educational resources so she can learn to reconstitute herself. Teaching is not the same as handling. Never touch the vial. Saying no here is the kind thing.
