Worked on a rig in grande cache, 8200 metre TD. new bit every 400 metres on a good trip. Not including tool runs. You Can imagine how many trips you do a hitch running 30 m/hr

spent all evening tower tripping pipe for a bit change, started tripping pipe back in at the end of shift, came back in to a derrick full of pipe. the driller forgot to put the snap rings in the jets. he was ran off for a year and came back to worm corner.

7 man crew,TIH was optional for our Derrick Hand. Floorhand 1 or 2 could trip in or out. When we had to come out wet we race to the board to beat the derrickhand. call him up only to help with BHA. Our trip better be a MWD issue not a pump problem.
