@lc_balme: I find this one tricky to explain, but I hope this helps! 1. Palm down group towards the outside of the center 2. external rotation to thumbs up 3. staff rolls on top of your hand 4. meanwhile you're internally rotating to catch it underhanded as it rolls over the pinky side 5. return to palm down, but you'll probably be closer to the center so the next steps are to help return to the outside of center 6. move index finger to opposite side (where the thumb is) 7. now move the thumb to the opposite side (where the 3 remaining fingers are) 8. now move the three remaining fingers to join the index finger and that should get you back to the right place to start another round. #tutorials #staffspinning #bostaff #flowarts #flowstaff
