Let me add this... most parents don't get that their childrens' intelligence was inherited from THEM and depends on how they teach them. Usually, the parents would just put on expectations instead of actually coaching and teaching their sons and daughters to become what they could be with their specialties and abilities. I said what I said, because most parents are ignorant of this or just wanna get to the easy way through their kids.

Specifically MOTHERS have such a disgusting obsession with comparing their own kids to others. My own has compared me to my friend, my cousin, my brother. She's begging to lose connection with me saying shit like that.

My own mother only care about my hygiene, appearance and clothing style. NEVER my achievements from my high school. One time, she sent my brother to charge at me and beat me at 11 PM and I stayed up 3 AM to clean myself and seeing my face injuries and I have a possible concussion. I missed on my Keystones exam retakes and field trip on that day
