@homemadewithlovemom: Baby Shower Cookies Part 1 1 cup Sugar Zest of 1 Lemon 1 cup Butter 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract 1 Egg 3 cups Flour 2 tsp Baking Powder Preheat oven to 350°F. Rub lemon zest into sugar to extract the lemon oil. Whip butter for 2 minutes until fluffy. Add in lemon sugar and whip another 3 minutes to cream together. Add in vanilla extract, 1 egg and mix until combined. Add in flour and baking powder and mix until dough forms. Roll to 1/4" thickness and cut into desired shape. Bake for 8-11 minutes until cooked through but not brown. Cool on pan for 5 minutes and transfer to cooling rack to cool completely. #fyp #babyshower #sugarcookies #Cookies #baking
