why is car theft a big deal?? in Aotearoa nz cops don't even look for stolen cars the people on social media do a better job cops here only accidentally locate stolen cars it's not a priority

Police are allowed to handcuff a person and just talk like that? It would be unconstitutional if u did that here. Police must inform him of the rights and not make him talk until he talks to a lawyer.
